Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Racing Room Xtras!

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged / Wrong Goods Exchange / Refund

  • Please inspect items on delivery/receipt and contact us immediately at sales@theracingroomxtras.com if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@theracingroomxtras.com with the subject ‘XTRAS EXCHANGE' and we will send you information on how and where to return your item.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at sales@theracingroomxtras.com with a scanned copy of your receipt/proof of purchase and your name and address.
  2. We will send you an email with the address to send your item to.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If a refund is approved then it will be processed and credited automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 14 working days.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is sent as a ‘SIGNED FOR’ parcel.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Please allow 14 working days from us receiving your goods to any refunds being credited to your credit card/payment method as it can take some time for your credit company to process payments.
  • If you have not received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@theracingroomxtras.com
