Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase at The Racing Room Xtras. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail/Parcel Force. No other carriers are used at present. This may change in the future as we expand our geographical coverage.
Parcels shipped cost £4.99 in the UK mainland.
FREE UK mainland delivery on orders of £75 or above.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed between 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday and shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a UK public/bank holiday including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, will be dispatched on the Monday or next working day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
At present we only ship within the UK. This may change in future as we expand our geographical coverage.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Damages
The Racing Room Xtras is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
